Refund / Return / Replacement

Returns:

You may return your purchase within 10days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us at almuzawwirbridalboutique@gmail.com or whatsapp at 7559952891 with your order number and the reason for the return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 28 days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges/Replacement:

If your item is defective or damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item.
We will offer a replacement or an exchange (if the item is available). In some cases, a refund may be issued.
For exchanges, you may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as final sale, intimate apparel, or custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check product descriptions for specific details.

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for products that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75rs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
